Just had to sing Preston caravans and motor homes praises, its not something I do regularly but from start to finish, the service was Immaculate.
12 out of 10 !!!!!!!! Well done for an excellent service.
When we first went down to look for a van we were met by tony who was very friendly but walking around admitted it was his first day, but Tim and the other guys were on hand to guide him.and any questions were answered quickly.
The van we decided on had just been sold. But give them their due, they managed to find one but we would have to wait until it was built.
As we were not in a hurry, we waited. regular phone calls with updates were received on a regular basis so we didn’t feel forgotten.
Went to collect our new van and was greeted by carl who took us through every aspect of our van, was quite happy to go over anything we were not sure of.
All the staff we encountered greeted us with a smile or a hello, even the guys who were cleaning other vans. Tim did all our paperwork who had it all done very efficiently and quickly.
We are so pleased with our clean, well polished caravan inside and out. We could go away without having to do anything, never had that before from anywhere and we have been caravanning for many years.

Very pleased with our purchase, very polite and helpful staff, the handover went smooth, would buy from here again. Also they can arrange delivery at a excellent price, and thanks to Dave who delivered it straight to site on time as stated, all round delighted with the service.

A special thanks go to Karl in sales who was very informative and made the whole buying process simple. We were also very impressed with Cindy and Sharon with their product knowledge, help and advice on the accessory front – all of which has been put to good use.
We would also like to thank Neil for showing us how everything worked, and although it was a “preloved” van, it looked like new when it was handed over and to Dave who delivered the van to our site.

Having used PC&M during the past 2 years, I can honestly say that the levels of customer service, courtesy, and personal customer care from all the management & staff throughout all the departments have been superb.
Myself and my wife are delighted that such nice people take the time to welcome us whenever we make a visit to PC&Ms establishment, and we always leave happy having had great service.
During our time & visits with them, we have been delighted with any neccesary completed warranty work & Caravan Servicing, first class advice & help in purchasing Awning(s) with Stephen & Brian, & first class service with Cindy & the Shop / Accessories team.

Dan found out what we were looking for and answered the questions we had openly and honestly. He then showed us the berth we wanted and guided us round and then left us to browse which was great.
We decided on one and everything from there went soooooo smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for anyone we encountered.
Cindy was really helpful explaining the various accessories we might need and the advantages of the different types.
We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Prestons to other people.
