Annual service
Why should you have an annual service? Having an annual motorhome habitation or caravan service is key to keeping your caravan or motorhome in great condition. For new purchases, it’s also key element of your warranty agreement. Your service will be done by fully trained technicians in our purpose built NCC Approved workshop. All services in your plan will come with a complimentary exterior wash, including the roof. Please be aware that your motorhome chassis service and MOT are separate and are not included in the service plan offer.

Being an independently assessed Approved workshop means that you can be sure that all our work is executed to a high level approved by the Caravan Club, National Caravan Council and The Camping and Caravanning Club. Our assessors, the National Caravan Council (NCC) work with the industry to ensure that caravanners and motorhome users receive the highest possible quality of service throughout their entire buying and owning process.

Our staff are regularly provided additional training to ensure that our team skill set is always at a top level. Our parts team are able to advise and even source equipment and parts on your behalf where necessary.

Yes, we do offer service plans to help save you money including habitation services, single axle and twin axle over 2 years, 3 years or 4 years.
A habitation service is an annual inspection of the safety and functionality of your caravan or motorhome. This typically includes gas, electrical, water systems and the structural integrity.
We recommend having your motorhome serviced every year or after every 10,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Our workshop only does habitation servicing (aka the living area of your motorhome or campervan). We would recommend going to a trusted local garage or manufacturer for your engine servicing and annual MOT.
We would recommend booking in as soon as possible after your last annual service, especially if you would like to book in during the spring and summer season. Customers that take out our service plan receive reminders for early bookings.
