We are looking for a confident service advisor to join our team! Relevant experience in customer service and aftersales is necessary, and experience of leisure vehicles would be very advantageous and should be outlined in your CV (even if in a recreational capacity). Your role would include scheduling servicing and repair work, keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle, and answering any customer queries and concerns regarding their caravan, campervan or motorhome. This role would suit someone who enjoys being part of a team but can successfully manage their workload independently. We are looking for an experienced valeter to join our team! Your role would be to prepare our new and used caravans so they are in a sparkling clean condition for our customers. This includes cleaning the inside and outside. 8.30am-4.30pm Tuesday – Saturday. Experience in car valeting, caravan or motorhome valeting would be ideal. Experience in a cleaning role would be ideal. Experience in caravans or motorhomes would be very advantageous and should be clearly stated in your application. However, it is not essential.
