Workshop Assessment Scores 100%!

We are very pleased to announce our workshop passed through its reassessment with flying colours, achieving 100% pass rate. To be an approved caravan workshop by the Approved Workshop Scheme, workshops must meet the high standards set out by the body.

The Approved Workshop Scheme, which undertook the assessment is a joint enterprise between the NCC (National Caravan Council), The Caravan Club and The Camping and Caravanning Club. It is an independent body from dealerships and is the benchmark for motorhome and touring caravan servicing.

Being an Approved Workshop is important to us, as it gives our customers peace of mind that should any work be required on their caravan or motorhome habitation, they can count on us.

Our workshop and aftersales team has been expanding steadily as business has become even busier. We’re glad our investment in staff and resources has kept our standards high. Having an Approved Workshop is one of the criteria we meet to be a preferred dealer for the Camping and Caravanning Club.

Fantastic service from start to finish, got a brilliant deal on our Swift Basecamp 2. Had the most wonderful and friendly member of sales staff, Tony who handled everything. Pick up and handover was so thorough, and all questions answered by Ryan with some immediate sorts by Paul. When the mirrors on the welcome pack weren't correct Gill from the shop came out with lots of different ones and was so helpful. We honestly can't recommend enough.

I spoke to Katie on the phone who advised me on a suitable awning for a seasonal pitch. She was so helpful and put aside one of my choice until I could call up and collect at the weekend. On arrival I was shown a display model by Gill, who again was very attentive. Awning payed for and collected. Now to put it up at my caravan. Preston Caravans are amazing. I have nothing but admiration for them, and will certainly use them again.

Well, what can I say but from start to finish we had a seamless, professional service. Every member of staff went above and beyond when buying our brand new Sprite Elegance Grande 835 nothing was too much trouble and everyone took their time with you. Would like to mention Chris, Ryan, Gill, Katy, Lisa and Dan it was a pleasure to meet you all. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
