Covered Dispatch Area Under Construction

As promised in our New Year’s Resolutions to our customers, our covered dispatch area is now under construction. This section of our 7 acre Preston site will be dedicated to giving our customers a smooth and comfortable handover, whatever the weather! Whether you’re a newbie or a veteran to touring, our trained staff are always on hand to show you through your caravan or motorhome in full working order, so there’s no surprises or mysteries when you’ve left our dealership.

We’re always looking to improve our Clifton dealership, to stay at the top of the industry for customer service and satisfaction. Last year we fully tarmacked our site to make it more accessible and attractive to our customers, and last month we launched our new website, giving our customers all the information and resources they might need on one easy to navigate platform.

In addition, we’ve launched our Loyalty Card Scheme, which rewards our customers with free teas and coffees, special discounts and first looks into our new products and events.

We think it’s important for our customers to know that they’re at the heart of our dealership – so if you’ve got any feedback for us, let us know, and you may well see your voice reflected in our next set of resolutions!

Great choice of new and used vans, with no pushy sales at all. The whole service team are great and PC&M should be proud to have such a great team. Fantastic service from start to finish, got a brilliant deal on our Swift Basecamp 2. Had the most wonderful and friendly member of sales staff, Tony who handled everything. Pick up and handover was so thorough, and all questions answered by Ryan with some immediate sorts by Paul. When the mirrors on the welcome pack weren't correct Gill from the shop came out with lots of different ones and was so helpful. We honestly can't recommend enough.

I spoke to Katie on the phone who advised me on a suitable awning for a seasonal pitch. She was so helpful and put aside one of my choice until I could call up and collect at the weekend. On arrival I was shown a display model by Gill, who again was very attentive. Awning payed for and collected. Now to put it up at my caravan. Preston Caravans are amazing. I have nothing but admiration for them, and will certainly use them again.

Well, what can I say but from start to finish we had a seamless, professional service. Every member of staff went above and beyond when buying our brand new Sprite Elegance Grande 835 nothing was too much trouble and everyone took their time with you. Would like to mention Chris, Ryan, Gill, Katy, Lisa and Dan it was a pleasure to meet you all. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
