The Position

Preston Caravans & Motorhomes are an established Main Dealer for multiple Leisure vehicle manufacturers.

We are looking for a positive & motivated individual to Service our Customers Caravans & Motorhomes (diagnostic, electrical & mechanical skills are required) to join the team in our busy workshop.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience working with Caravans / Cars – City & Guilds + ACOPS15 + ELV & LV qualifications preferred but certified training could be provided to the right applicant.

You will be technically minded and have a hands on, can do approach to all scenario’s.

This position could suit a vehicle mechanic with varied hands on skills like basic plumbing, electrical etc.

Salary

£13.21 p/h for a 3 months qualification period then rising to £14.21 p/h via our quality scheme (QA Bonus T&C’s apply)

Hours and Schedule

Monday to Friday – 8.00am to 4.30pm (30 mins lunch)
Saturday overtime rota available
Permanent Position

Great choice of new and used vans, with no pushy sales at all. The whole service team are great and PC&M should be proud to have such a great team. Fantastic service from start to finish, got a brilliant deal on our Swift Basecamp 2. Had the most wonderful and friendly member of sales staff, Tony who handled everything. Pick up and handover was so thorough, and all questions answered by Ryan with some immediate sorts by Paul. When the mirrors on the welcome pack weren't correct Gill from the shop came out with lots of different ones and was so helpful. We honestly can't recommend enough.

I spoke to Katie on the phone who advised me on a suitable awning for a seasonal pitch. She was so helpful and put aside one of my choice until I could call up and collect at the weekend. On arrival I was shown a display model by Gill, who again was very attentive. Awning payed for and collected. Now to put it up at my caravan. Preston Caravans are amazing. I have nothing but admiration for them, and will certainly use them again.

Well, what can I say but from start to finish we had a seamless, professional service. Every member of staff went above and beyond when buying our brand new Sprite Elegance Grande 835 nothing was too much trouble and everyone took their time with you. Would like to mention Chris, Ryan, Gill, Katy, Lisa and Dan it was a pleasure to meet you all. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
