We are looking for a confident service advisor to join our team!
Relevant experience in customer service and aftersales is necessary, and experience of leisure vehicles would be very advantageous and should be outlined in your CV (even if in a recreational capacity).
Your role would include scheduling servicing and repair work, keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle, and answering any customer queries and concerns regarding their caravan, campervan or motorhome.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being part of a team but can successfully manage their workload independently.
The hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Alternate Saturday mornings (rota): 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
Wage: £25,397 PA
